The Fresno Airport District Backpack Donation Program seeks to empower local students by providing them with the tools they need to excel in their education. By fostering collaboration among businesses, community organizations, and individuals, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in the Fresno area.

Event Description:
Get ready for a summer celebration with a festive twist! Join us for the “Christmas in July Block Party” at the Fresno Airport District, where we’ll be spreading joy and giving back to the community. This exciting event combines the spirit of Christmas with the sunny vibes of July, creating a unique experience for all
attendees with a ending light show.

Activities and Highlights:
- Backpack Giveaway: As part of our community outreach initiative, we’ll be giving away backpacks filled with school supplies and summer essentials. This will help local students kickstart their back-to-school preparations and enjoy their summer adventures.
- Block Party Extravaganza: The event will feature a lively block party atmosphere, complete with vibrant decorations, music, and entertainment. Enjoy performances by local artists, live bands, and dance troupes that will keep you entertained throughout the day.
- Food and Refreshments: Sample a variety of delicious food from local vendors and food trucks. From mouthwatering treats to refreshing beverages, there will be something to satisfy every craving.
- Fun Activities for All Ages: Engage in exciting activities such as face painting, bounce house, and interactive games with FREE haircuts and braids. The event will also feature a designated play area for younger children to enjoy.

- Photo Booth: Capture memories with your loved ones at our Christmas-themed photo booth. Strike a pose, wear festive props, and take home a printed photo as a memento of the day.
- Raffle Drawings and Prizes: Participate in raffle drawings throughout the event for a chance to win exciting prizes. Prizes could include gift cards, electronics, local experience packages, and more.
